Snowshoeing – Begins in 2020

You live in Michigan.

It gets cold and snowy.

We want you to know how much fun it is to tromp around in deep snow. Snowshoeing is a great workout that burns calories and builds endurance and, like all of our other sports, lets you take things at a speed with which you’re comfortable. But it’s not about speed; it’s about getting outdoors and getting active when the wind is howling and it’s snowing sideways.

WHAT WE TEACH: To be honest, this is the easiest sport we know. There’s not much technique involved in snowshoeing. You walk. In deep snow. The deeper the better.

What we can teach you is how to dress for it and where to find good trail systems. We’ll show you how to shop for snowshoes. Most importantly, we can teach you to embrace those snowy days.
