Adventure Racing – Orienteering – Fall 2020

Keep your wits about you (and your map and compass handy) as you navigate your way through the wilderness using a combination of canoe paddling, trail running, and mountain biking. Adventure racing is a family-friendly sport which challenges the mind and body as you first chart then traverse your course.. There are a variety of styles of this new sport ranging in lengths of 1, 2, 4, and 6 hours and beyond. It can be done solo or in teams of 2 and 4.

WHAT WE TEACH: We will teach you the basics of navigation and how to develop your race strategy. We will teach you how to train for a race and how to track your nutrition. We’ll point you in the right direction to your first race. We’ll even introduce you to our friends at Moosejaw to get you outfitted!
